Please book Villa Lavanda directly on Airbnb. If you wish to book Villa Lavanda as a venue for your event, please indicate this when booking. We will then send you the information on how to pay for the event package separately by email.

The prices provided on our Airbnb page are per night in Euros and cover all guests (max. 8). These prices refer to the rental of the entire Villa Lavanda for private use ("Holiday Booking"). 

rental conditions

  • The prices provided on our Airbnb page are per night in Euros and cover all guests (max. 8). A final cleaning fee of EUR 100 for the house will also be charged.
  • To rent Villa Lavanda for events, an Event Flat Fee of EUR 2,000 will be charged in addition to your Rental Fee. 

  • Check-in: 08:00AM - 17:00PM / Check-out: 08:00AM - 11:00AM 

  • At the time of check-out, all personal belongings must be removed from Villa Lavanda. Additionally, all waste, cardboard, bottles, glass, cans, etc. must be disposed of in the appropriate containers behind the house. Used cutlery, dishes, etc. must be washed and put away. 
  • The house return is carried out personally by the tenant to the local management and takes around 30 minutes.
  • Extra services purchased during your stay will be charged and must be paid in cash directly to the local manager upon check-out
  • Cancellation of the booking: please refer to Airbnb’s cancellation policies on their website.
  • Information: we will be accepting cancellations, due to COVID19 reasons (illness, lockdown, entry restrictions or mandatory quarantine), for stays in 2021 free of charge at any time. Please note: in case of cancellations there may be AirBnb Fees.
